Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return Contact us at hello@feelit.com.au before sending anything back. We'll confirm your return is eligible. Approved returns should be sent to: Parcel Locker 10331 60040, 286 Highett Rd, Highett VIC 3190. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging their own postage. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. The exception to this is if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in these cases, please contact us and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@feelit.com.au with your order details and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at hello@feelit.com.au.
